I officially ended my Bary Center project three years ago, but I never stopped making music. In fact, these three years may have been the most musically productive time of my life. Probably because I was just making music for fun and not worrying about demo submissions and videos and release dates etc. Somewhere in that timeline I started playing with pop vocals, mixing them into original tracks and reworking them to fit my twisted ideas. I really enjoyed it, to the point where I’ve compiled eight of my favorite creations in a fun, kinda silly, and oddly melancholic album called “Music Business (is) for Dummies”.

Rather than start a new musical alias, which, in 2023, requires the creation of 37 different streaming profiles and social media pages, I’m bringing Bary back from the grave. For complicated moral and very obvious legal reasons, I doubt this particular release will make it to Spotify, Apple Music, etc. any time soon. So here it is on Bandcamp for now. Maybe Soundcloud and a tape later? We’ll see.

Also, please don’t mention this album to Taylor Swift, Ice Spice, Eiffel 65, Sade, Mazzy Star, September, Brandy, Selena Gomez, Britney Spears, and Rachel Platten. Thanks and enjoy <3
